RHINO CONSERVATION BOTSWANA
For RCB, I created a strong brand and corporate identity, an exciting and immersive website, a inspiring brochure and a variety of rewarding ways to engage supporters. I helped this small charity to punch above its weight internationally and recruit global support for its mission to give wild rhinos a future in Botswana.

As Communications Manager, I worked closely with Kensington Palace on HRH Prince Harry's patronage of RCB and his visits to Botswana. I managed the media interest around the patronage announcement and the Royal Wedding – to which RCB's Director Map Ives was invited. Watch our video of Prince Harry helping RCB to tag black rhinos in the bush.

RCB OUTREACH & FUNDRAISING
I helped to write RCB's Business Strategy and develop a professional approach to supporter care and management, including GDPR.
I launched rhino adoptions and other fundraising schemes, including campaigns with high-profile partners, such as the Name a rhino Mma Precious Ramotswe campaign with Alexander McCall Smith. I wrote funding applications and forged strong relationships with partners, donors, volunteers and supporters. I secured the donation of two anti-poaching dogs and engaged audiences with their game-changing impact. I produced everything from brochures (below) to banners, adoption updates to donor reports, branded t-shirts to media articles to raise awareness, increase engagement and advocacy, and drive donations. |
COMMUNITY UPLIFTMENT
I helped to develop RCB's community programme by creating educational materials about rhinos for local people, and building a sense of togetherness among our womens' groups with branded t-shirts. For the primary school environment clubs RCB supports, I produced a Rhino Rangers Activity Workbook (left). This 56-page magazine is packed with fun and games, things to make, do and learn, and information about the value of wildlife and importance of conservation, to instil a sense of pride in Botswana's wildlife.
